How does your satisfaction guarantee work?

If you don't feel your investment has been worth every penny, you’ll get your money back. Your happiness and satisfaction are the absolute primary concern and the best efforts are given to make sure you get nothing less than extraordinary service. Quite simply, if you’re not happy, you will get a full refund of your investment.

How much will I need to invest in training?

Clients will invest anywhere from $85 per month and up, depending on goals, budget, level of commitment and training needs. A person may train once a month to make sure they continue down the road to success and some clients request training 4 times per week for more than a year. It all comes down to individual needs, desires and abilities.

What type of equipment will I need to buy to have you train me in my home?

In some cases…none. Body-weight based programs can be designed that are very effective for improving fitness. Beyond that, equipment investment will be comparatively small. There is no need for large, expensive pieces of equipment with our programs. The training primarily involves bodyweight, dumbbells, stability balls, exercise tubing, medicine balls and some balance-challenging devices. Whatever you don’t have will be brought to each session by Able Body Conditioning, LLC.

You may have only fantasized about it. We are here to help you achieve it, and then exceed even your own expectations.

Do you have any clients that I can talk to about your services?

If you’d like to speak with a current client, your contact information will be taken and the client will contact you either via phone or e-mail, whichever you prefer. Typically, you will be contacted by a client that has a similar background to your own so that you’ll be able to get a good idea what you can look forward to.

If I had a recent injury or still have one, when should I start a training program?

The answer depends on what type of injury you have and what your doctor or therapist recommends. In some cases, careful training can speed the recovery process and possibly help you avoid surgery whereas some injuries may require a complete layoff from training. It all depends on each individual’s situation. Rest assured, the program will be designed while working very closely with your health care professional(s) to ensure that you receive the best possible approach.

Do I need to talk to my doctors before training to make sure it is safe for me to start a program?

As a general rule, you should always discuss significant changes in exercise or dietary habits with your doctor no matter what you age, gender or health history. If you have an unremarkable health history, are dealing with no current challenges to your health and your age is less than 45 for men and 55 for women, then you typically can start a well-designed and supervised training program with little risk. Your doctor or other health specialist will always be contacted if you request it.

Do you have any experience training seniors or people with special medical conditions?

Absolutely. Some clients are in their 60s, 70s and even in their 80s. Additionally, some of those clients have been, or are currently, challenged by Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, post-polio syndrome, osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, joint pain or replacements, paraplegic disorders and other conditions. Regardless of age or health concerns, all clients have experienced marked improvements in their quality of life and some have even been able to return to activity levels that they thought they’d never see again.
